It’s been raining all night. I woke up an hour ago to leaden gray skies, thunder, lightning, and occasional downpours.

The forecast predicts clear skies in just a couple of hours; that the robin are picking around my feeder (rather than huddled into their nests) makes me inclined to believe they’re right.

And even if it doesn’t clear, and 600 people are out in a field camping and walking all night in cold, driving rain, that will be easier and more pleasant than fighting cancer.
